Welcome to the home of the Coburg Districts Football Club.
The CDFC is an Australian Rules Football Club who compete as part of the Essendon District Football League, in Victoria.
We are proudly known as The Mighty Lions.
Originally formed in 1951 as ‘Batman FC’, with the club being based in the Melbourne suburb of Pascoe Vale, we came to recognize the local community through a name change in 1981 to The Coburg Districts Football Club.
As a diverse, proud and sociable club, we provide for players across Mens, Womens and Junior teams - plus Auskick - and we welcome all family, friends and fans.
We are already preparing for an exciting and sucessful 2025. Join Us.

A CHANGE TO BE PROUD OF - FACILITIES AT THE LIONS DEN
Coburg Districts Football Club continues to offer participation opportunities for players from Auskick through to Senior football.
Moreland City Council allocated $624,950 in its 2019/20 capital works budget towards our change room building and the construction now means we have accessible change rooms for Men, Women and Junior participants and umpires.
Over the past few years our club has expanded the playing opportunities through the establishment of women’s and youth girls’ teams.
The sparkling new change facilities compliment our new floodlights, which have also been installed.
